Forgetting WiFi Passwords can be Frequent and could be a Major Issue as Resetting them is not a Simple or the Smartest thing to do as it can reset your Network Settings. Here is a Step by Step Process for finding your WiFi Password using Command Prompt (Only in Windows):
STEP 1: Right Click on Start Menu on Windows 8.1/10 and click on Command Prompt (Admin).
STEP 2: Type the Command: “netsh wlan show profiles”
You Should get a List of WiFi Networks you have Previously connected with.
STEP 3: Now to Find the WiFi Password of a Specific Network, type the Following Command: “netsh wlan show profile name=profilename key=clear” and make sure to Replace profilename with your SSID Name.
You Should find your Password Inside the Security Settings Sections with Key Content.
